1. Agreement

By using Little One, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are under the age needed to agree to these Terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

2. Licence

Kadri Games gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Little One for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it.

3. Game progress and virtual items

Progress, characters, currency, energy, equipment, and other virtual items are licensed features of the game, not cash or property. They cannot be sold or transferred outside the game and have no real-world monetary value. We may balance or change virtual items and gameplay when reasonably necessary.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to that store’s terms, billing rules, and refund process. Consumable items may not be restorable after use. If a purchase is not delivered, contact support with the store receipt or order ID.

5. Advertising

The game may offer advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. Availability is not guaranteed, and a reward is only granted after the game receives confirmation that the relevant ad requirements were completed.

6. Acceptable use

You must not cheat, exploit faults, use unauthorised automation or modifications, interfere with the game or another player’s experience, attempt unauthorised access, extract source code except where law expressly permits, sell game access or virtual items, or use Little One unlawfully.

7. Ownership

Little One and its software, artwork, characters, audio, text, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Kadri Games and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue parts of Little One to improve the game, maintain security, fix faults, or respond to legal or commercial needs. Updates may be required to continue playing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Third-party services

App stores, advertising, analytics, social links, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. Kadri Games is not responsible for third-party content or services beyond obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Little One is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, Kadri Games is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, events outside our reasonable control, or loss of locally stored progress.

11. Ending use

You may stop using Little One at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access where you materially breach these Terms or where the game is discontinued.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the game, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country where they live and may be entitled to bring claims in their local courts.
